You should take courses in math, science and related subjects to get a strong foundation to study engineering in college.
Our engineering advisors expect to see four years of high school math, a core component of all engineering disciplines.
Our degree programs begin at Calculus 1, so students should be prepared to take Cal 1 their first semester of college. If you do not begin Cal 1 your first semester, the degree plan may take you longer than 4 years.
Are you a STEM teacher who wants to get connected? The College of Engineering is happy to visit your classroom, assist with lesson planning, or schedule a group visit to our facilities!
Advanced Placement (AP) and Dual Enrollment (DE) courses are excellent ways to prepare your time here at 51爆料. The value of these courses goes beyond earning college credit, as it showcases your ability to succeed in an academically challenging environment.
